User Experience Specialist
Working as a user experience specialist at Kuntien Tiera Oy I am in charge of building designing systems from scratch, designing components and views with mobile first ideology. The web application in question was an eService platform for cities and towns of Finland to ensure inhabitants' access and use of services online. I use Figma as a primary tool for designing components and layouts.
Outside of UX design, I was also in charge of facilitating workshops and ideating sessions with customers and experts as a part of service design for our projects. I use Miro as a platform for ideating. I also conducted user interviews in service of usability and service design for our eService platform project.
I started my journey at Tiera as an integration specialist and through new enterprise ventures my role evolved into one that is more suited to my expertise in HCI. It was the start of our own software production that made the change in my role and gave me a lot of insight into how new agile teams should and should not be introduced. I have been in charge of our developmental and documentation tools since the beginning of my time at Tiera.
